The Government of Canada is seeking feedback on the Icebreaker Collaboration Effort (ICE Pact) to understand industry perspectives, opportunities, and challenges in this trilateral initiative with the U.S. and Finland. Input may help shape future consultations, industry engagement, and Canada’s approach to collaboration. This Request for Information is not a solicitation and does not imply any commitment to procurement. Suppliers should not allocate resources based on this notice. Information provided is subject to change.
