Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) to acquire goods and services for the Ground Based Optical (GBO) Capability as part of the Surveillance of Space 2 (SofS 2) project.
