X Appliance Processor (or equivalent) with 5 Year Warranty - DNDAll the deliverables must be received within 60 days from contract awardAmendment 1 - Is to change Form 2: the OEM Certification form. Hardware Warranty: Despite Section 15 (Warranty) of 4003 or anything else to the contrary in this Contract, the "Warranty Period" begins on the date the deliverables are accepted in accordance with the terms of this Contract and continues for Five (5) years.The “Contract Period” is the entire period of time during which the Contractor is obliged to perform the Work, which will be from Date of Award and ends when the warranty expires, Five (5) Years Later.Bids must be submitted through the P2P portal by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.
