Description

Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Cape Breton Operations requires a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for a three year period from the date of award. The SOA is for 50% (by mass) Sodium Hydroxide solution (caustic) that will be used in treatment plants designed to treat acid mine drainage.
