PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition and delivery of unfinished rigid ballistic panels (63’’ x 44’’, in various thicknesses and made of Spectra Shield® II SR-3124), located in Valcartier (Quebec, Canada), as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
