This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information from industry, non-profit organizations, Indigenous organizations, and associated stakeholders on its interest, capacity, and capability to provide all Indigenous people across Canada with crisis intervention and support services via crisis lines and to provide industry with the opportunity to give feedback on the proposed procurement strategy. The objective of the proposed contract is to provide all Indigenous people across Canada with access to 24/7 crisis intervention support, emotional support, and referrals to mental wellness services through three crisis lines and a web-based chat service, and as a partner to the Canada-wide 9-8-8 suicide prevention network.
