Description

The Watson Lake Airport project requires the decommissioning of Land Treatment Facility (LTF) cells on an active airport site. Key aspects of this project include management of contaminated water and soil, offsite treatment and disposal of contaminated materials, adherence to environmental quality criteria and site-specific drawings, rough grading post-decommissioning, and project closure. The selected contractor must have experience handling contaminated materials and follow specialized procedures for material handling, safety, and environmental protection as outlined in the mandatory requirements and project tender documents. The site is located at the Watson Lake Airport, Watson Lake, YT.
