Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 2, 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide cost-effective maintenance and minor improvement services for the Crown owned portfolio in accordance with the Annex A Statement of Work. There is an optional teleconference associated with this requirement. The optional teleconference will be held on December 19, 2023 at 13:00 pm EST in English and also December 20, 2023 at 13:00 pm EST in French. Please confirm attendance for one of the two meetings. Offerors must communicate with the Standing Offer Authority no later than December 15, 2023 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
