Description

To replace aging and failing domestic water copper piping throughout the Atlantic Institution located in Renous, New Brunswick. In general, work under this contract consists of, but is not limited to the following: Replace existing domestic water copper piping NPS 3 and under with new PEX-A piping, Supply and install pipe insulation, jacketing, hangers, saddles, support, sleeves, fittings, firestopping systems and Re-use/re-install existing plumbing fixtures and accessories. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 135 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
