Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure Five [5] Wildland Firefighting Vehicle With Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) and ILS deliverables. Three (3) for delivery to CFB Petawawa, ON, One (1) for delivery to CFB Dundurn, SK, and One (1) for delivery to CFB Greenwood, NS. The requested delivery date is 450 days after contract award. There is no security requirement associated with this requirement. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8476-236676/A dated 08 March 2023 with a closing of 11 April 2023 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
