Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for secure an Audio-Visual service provider to design, install, configure and document a multifunctional boardroom for the City of Nanaimo. This will include all parts, materials and labour for a complete system.
The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into negotiations and should negotiations prove successful, enter into a CCDC 14 (2020) Design- Build Contract.
