The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) requires a qualified and experienced supplier of software that is used to manage the application and review process for planning/development applications and building permit applications. This Request for Quote (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Peace River Regional District (“PRRD”) to prospective proponents to submit Quotes for a Web-based Application and Permitting Software for development applications and building permits.
