Description

Through this RFB, the Ministry of the Solicitor General is seeking a qualified Vendor(s) to develop e-learning training modules that align with the mandatory training requirements outlined in the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 (CSPA).
Scope of Work
The RFB consists of the following two (2) categories:

Category 1: E-learning training modules regarding:
a) human rights,
b) systemic racism, and
c) recognition/respect for the diverse, multicultural and multiracial nature of Ontario society;

Category 2: E-learning training modules regarding recognition/respect of the rights and cultures of First Nation, Métis, and Inuit Peoples.

The Ministry will also require the Vendor(s) to develop a variant of the e-learning training modules for regulatory compliance officers in the public service.

Bidders can submit bids for one (1) or both categories. Each category will be evaluated and awarded separately.

Optional Information Session: Time: 11:00:00 A.M. (Toronto time).

Interested Bidders are asked to register with the Ministry Contact via email (claudette.m.ferguson@ontario.ca) no later than 15:00:00 hours (Toronto time) on May 24, 2023. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided.

The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry’s requirements, as set out in the RFB. All interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to register for this voluntary Bidder information session.

Any questions related to the Deliverables will not be answered during the Bidder information session. Bidders are requested to submit their questions relating to the Deliverables in writing via e-mail to the RFB Contact identified in section 1.1.8.
