Scope of Work
Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (the Ministry), Supply Chain Ontario (SCO), is seeking responses to a Request for Bids (RFB) for IT Security Products and Services.

SCO, on behalf of the Ministry, establishes enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangements for various goods and services. This VOR arrangement will be available to all ministries covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to non-OPS organizations in accordance with the provisions in the Form of Agreement.

The objective of this RFB is to establish a VOR arrangement with multiple vendors for the provision of Deliverables as described in this RFB. The Bidder must have the necessary infrastructure in place to serve and support all of Ontario.

The planned Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement will be for the provision of IT Security Products and Services for any or all of the Categories listed under the Detailed Description.

The scope of the RFB includes:
-Security Products;
-Maintenance & Technical Support (M&TS), including Installation and Configuration and Solution-specific Training; and
-Professional Services.

Optional Meeting: Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 10:00 (Toronto time) via Microsoft Teams

Note:
Bidders must provide the names and email addresses of participants by Wednesday, May 10 through the eTendering messaging system. A meeting invitation will be sent to all participants.
