Description

Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCH”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of requesting Proposals from Proponents for the provision of Time Reporting Solution (“Services”) for VCH.

VCH has contracts with many physicians and other contracted clinical providers (e.g., some contracted midwives, and some contracted Nurse Practitioners, etc.). These individuals are independent contractors and not employees of VCHA. Generally, contracts require reporting on the time spent delivering clinical services in addition to clinical reporting requirements. These providers are remunerated for their clinical services through a variety of payment mechanisms.
