Emergency Incident and Communications Management (“EICM”) Solution

Issued on: April 25, 2023

This RFI is not a request for quotation or proposals. WorkSafeBC will not evaluate or rank responses nor use the responses to screen or pre-qualify respondents for subsequent solicitation. This RFI does not obligate WorkSafeBC to conduct any future solicitation or procurement process. This RFI is for informational purposes only.

The purpose of issuing this RFI is to:

Determine market interest in providing a complete cloud based EICM solution to WorkSafeBC;
Solicit industry knowledge and expertise with regard to best practices that would increase the success of using an EICM solution;
Develop a better understanding of available EICM solutions, and the expertise, innovative approaches, and strategies of service providers; and

Obtain high-level cost estimates for budget purposes.
