202304-001 - Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning Solution Consultant

Through this procurement activity, CS wishes to engage the services of a consultant with advanced data analytics experience as well as machine learning solution development experience.

Specifically, CS is looking for a vendor with expertise and experience in data management, advanced data analysis, engineering, programming, modelling, and testing that will support CS in preparing for and in developing a predictive analytic approach to forecast the placement of children and youth within child and youth facilities, specifically Community Group Care services. This approach must include stable predictors and high prediction accuracy. This understanding will support CS in implementing a proactive prediction and preventive approach designed to enhance placement planning and greater understanding of system-level capacity needs and trends impacting those needs.
