Description

This RFP is open to all interested parties.

The City is seeking a qualified proponent to provide a cloud-based data analysis solution that can analyze energy performance data, collected through ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager, and produce energy performance scorecards and map the results based on building location.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The City intends to enter an agreement for up to five years, with annual reviews and renewals. The budget is approved up to $38,000 with GST, per year.
