Description

The qathet Regional District is currently constructing the Marine Avenue Resource Recovery Centre (RRC) facility in Powell River. The purpose of the RRC is to manage the region's solid waste according to best practices. The purpose of this RFP is to invite interested parties to prepare and submit Proposals to provide operating services at the RRC. Services at the RRC will be provided by qRD exempt and union staff, and a variety of contractors including the Contractor and community organizations.
