Description

The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is issuing this RFP to invite interested and qualified Proponents to submit a Proposal offering Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) with Donor Management capabilities and that can support specific business process management scenarios. This solution, service, or suite of tools will be configurable so as to meet FNHA’s current requirements and expandable to address anticipated future needs. FNHA is also interested in receiving estimates for the nature, cost and timing of professional services that would be required for the phased setup, configuration and ongoing support of the product(s) &/or service(s).
