Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Rocky View County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit non-binding quotations for managing Rocky View County’s fuel usage for their fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles that are deployed across the County. It consists of bulk fuel deliveries at Rocky View County’s Main Campus and auxiliary locations as well as retail fuel purchases for vehicles located away from the Main Campus, as further described in Section A of RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) and the possible fuel card program for the employees.
