Description

This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Civil Engineering Consulting to update the preliminary design for the Upper Aberdeen Water System, with the intent to understand phasing and requirements to support long range growth. The preliminary design report is intended to consider: (1) immediate scope for development cost charges project area servicing, within official community plan horizon, and (2) long term growth needs for the Aberdeen water system past official community plan horizon.

The term of the agreement is to be up to one (1) year. If required, and when mutually agreeable between the parties, additional services may be renewed under the same or similar terms and conditions for successive one (1) year periods ("Renewal Term"), which shall be in effect for not more than three (3) Renewal Terms.
