Description

The Halifax – Dartmouth Bridge Commission (operating as Halifax Harbour Bridges or “HHB”) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering proponents to provide competent, responsible and expert professional engineering services. The proponent must have a solid background and demonstrated experience in bridge inspection, design, analysis, construction, erection engineering, and indepth knowledge of relevant guidelines and codes.
