Description

This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Sturgeon County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information from experienced implementation partners and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software vendors on how the County can best structure their ERP replacement project for success, understand the value ERP software solutions can provide, and assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the County and provide the information requested below.
This RFI is not a competitive process and will not result in a contract award. Information collected through the RFI will assist the County in determining the requirements, provisions, scope and approach in the development of a procurement process should the County proceed. Information collected through the RFI process will also be used to obtain budgetary information.
This information may be used to develop frameworks for a future Request for Proposal (RFP) subject to budget and project approval. Software and systems implementation vendors are strongly encouraged to respond to this RFI. The information received in response to this RFI may be used in determining the structure, type, and approach for an ERP implementation.
