Description

This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Building Permit Digital Portal for Development Applications Software/Software-as-a-Service (SAAS).

The intended purpose of the work is to receive various surveying services on an as needed and as required basis, in the City of Kamloops city limits.

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) Years. If required, and when mutually agreeable between the parties, additional services may be renewed under the same or similar terms and conditions for a successive five (5) year period ("Renewal Term"), which shall be in effect for not more than two (2) Renewal Terms. The total length of any contract resulting from this proposal shall not exceed fifteen (15) years.
