Description

he Ministry of Transportation is seeking information on the delivery of a digital version of the Ontario Driver’s Licence, otherwise known as a Mobile Driver’s Licence (mDL). The Ministry’s future mDL solution must align with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) mDL Implementation Guidelines and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 18013-5 standard.

The Ministry is currently conducting Discovery work which will inform the product and delivery roadmap for the mDL. The Ministry would like to better understand supplier solutions available in the marketplace that can support the AAMVA mDL guidelines and ISO 18013-5 standard to help inform the product roadmap and delivery options.
Scope of Work
The Ministry is inviting vendors to comment on a RFI and attend Vendor Consultation Meetings.
