The purpose of this RFP is to allow the Owner to make a determination as to which Proponent is the organization able to provide the best value for complete Architectural/Prime Consultant and Sub-Consultant Services from design through construction, through the one year warranty period including leading a post occupancy review process with all consultants and stakeholders
