Liquid Waste Removal Services for William A Switzer Provincial Park, within Parks Central Region. Parks Operations Division strives to maintain a clean and safe environment of the Provincial Parks and Provincial Recreation Areas under its jurisdiction. These contracts will ensure that the campground sites within the Provincial Parks and Provincial Recreation Areas are clean and safe for public use. Contract services are to be provided for a 3 year period, with the general range of service being provided between the periods of May 1 to October 31 each season, for the term of the agreement, beginning May 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026, or as funds are available in the contract budget.
Alberta Park’s facilities collects liquid waste in vault toilets and a variety of underground holding tanks within the Provincially operated campgrounds. There may be single transfer sites or there may be multiple transfer sites at each individual location. The Contractor would be responsible for the removal and disposal of the liquid waste from these holding facilities to an approved disposal facility of their choice.
