Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to 636 2222 Canada Inc. dba The Createch Group to provide BASIS support to keep SAP operational while the City transitions away from the SAP product and implements a new Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Respondents wishing to challenge the decision to this direct award should submit a detailed written objection.

This Notice of Intent is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
