Description

Scope of Service:
The audit of the Sprinkler System by a Consulting Engineer at NORTH YORK GENERAL HOSPITAL 4001 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
The Proponent shall provide labor and material for verifying North York General site condition and provide audit report and conceptual drawings, which shall include but not limited to the followings:
• Map existing pipe routing and sizes, valves and sprinkler head locations.
• Existing sprinkler system water pressure and flow information.
• Existing main building pumps, booster pump (if there is any) capacity and location.
• Existing sprinkler system compliance with Building code, fire code, NFPA and all other applicable codes.
• Submit the audit report including all the necessary information on any upgrade required for the existing sprinkler system to comply with current codes for fire and safety.
• The report shall include existing capacity of the system along with available future expansion capacity.
• Submit Engineered Stamped Drawings to capture all existing sprinkler layout as-built . AutoCAD and PDF format for as-built are required.
• Sign-off on all reports and calculations by a certificate of Authorization holder from Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
