Description

Through this RFB, Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) is seeking one or more Fulfillment Service Providers (FSPs) to stock, pick pack and deliver medical supplies to Service Delivery Locations as identified by HCCSS.
HCCSS intend to award agreements, to one or more FSPs who can at a minimum provide services to one or more of the five (5) regions as below:
1- North-West Region (North West HCCSS)
2- North-East Region (North East HCCSS)
3- Central and Toronto Regions (Central West, Mississauga Halton, Central, North Simcoe Muskoka HCCSS and Toronto Central HCCSS)
4- West Region (Erie St. Clair, Waterloo Wellington, South West and Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant HCCSS)
5- East Region (Central East, South East and Champlain HCCSS)
