Description

The objective of the Deliverables is for the Vendor to supply, deliver and install one Flash Point Analyzer (the “Analyzer”) to the Laboratory Services Branch (“LaSB”) of the Ministry located at 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, Ontario M9P 3V6 (the “Site”). Following complete installation, set-up and calibration, the Analyzer is required to pass performance testing and staff will be provided with training on the operation of the Analyzer.

The Analyzer is required by the Ministry capable of analyzing various solvents, liquid wastes, oils, and fuels for flash point in support of various Ontario regulations.
The Analyzer is required to have state-of-the-art features to support activities related to the Ministry’s regulatory and legislative activities. The Analyzer will be used by the Ministry to meet the needs of the Ministry’s Drinking Water and Environmental Compliance Division, and Environmental Sciences and Standards Division including the requirement for high quality data analysis of routine and litigation samples.
All Deliverables are time-critical. Please see section 1.6 (Mandatory Requirements – Business Continuity Plan). Delivery required before March 31, 2023.
