Kiwanis place is a 307-unit, 18 story complex that is located at 10330 – 120 Street. The facility was constructed in 1970, is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. The original boiler was installed in 1971 and modernized in 1995. This project to be executed on GEF selected engineer’s drawings /design that includes providing all labour, equipment, materials, supervision and permits required to remove and replace the existing heating boilers. The new system is designed by AHSC hired engineer licenced to practise in the province of Alberta.
