Description

INTENT
.1 The intent of this proposal call is to obtain an offer to provide Design Consultant Services for the preliminary planning, detailed design, and implementation of construction requirements for the Port Hawkesbury Public Works Maintenance and Operations Building, Port Hawkesbury (hereinafter called the ‘Town’) in accordance with the Standard Agreement between the Town and the Consultant. Project implementation must be developed through the preliminary planning stage that coincides with the Construction Budget allocation of $1,000,000.
.2 The project description, or Design Brief is as outlined in Appendix D.
.3 Tendering for construction work will be administered by the Town with the design consultant team providing supporting contract tendering documents.
