Description

This project begins with the pilot of a scalable, skills-based digital career transition platform (and the acquisition of associated data sources) that can support Albertans, particularly unemployed and underemployed Albertans, in succeeding in the labour market. Following a successful pilot phase, elements may be integrated into existing Government of Alberta (GoA) digital platforms, such as Alis and Compass.

The vision is to enhance case management supports while providing career transition services province-wide to all Albertans on both a self-service basis and mediated through a wide variety of career service providers.
