Description

The City of Delta is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to assist in two different, but related initiatives: i) Development Application Streamlining Review – to review the regulatory, legal and procedural context for land development applications specific to the City of Delta context, and identify, evaluate, and make recommendations on potential streamlining opportunities; and, ii) Preparation of a New Development Application Procedures Bylaw – to establish a replacement to the current Development Application Procedures Bylaw No. 4918, 1992 (Procedures Bylaw).
