Description

The District of Oak Bay (District) invites detailed proposals from qualified consultants (the "Proponents") in accordance with these Proposal Documents (RFP No. OBMH 12 - 2022) for the design of the Estevan Storm Sewers & Outfall Replacement. The work includes the provision of consulting engineering services for the Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, and Construction phases. The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a consultant with the desire to enter into a contract (the "Contract") to provide the services described in Appendix A - Scope of Work.
