Description

This pre-release notice is to provide a notice of procurement in advance of the Request for Bids ("RFB") for the provision of Video Conferencing and Audio-Visual Equipment, Software and Services for the Justice Video Network. The RFB is expected to be posted in January of 2023.

The RFB seeks a vendor to deliver all aspects of audio-visual and video conferencing solutions for the Justice sector in Ontario. This will include support for existing installed audio-visual and video conferencing equipment in 900+ rooms across the province; design and build services, procuring and installing audio-visual and video conferencing systems; the provision of services for video conferencing call control and communications management; the provision of video meeting services for multi-party meetings; the provision of network services to all video conferencing locations across the province; and the overall service management, integration and support for the Justice Video Network. The vendor will act as service integrator and be responsible for all deliverables of this managed service.
Scope of Work
The Ministry of the Solicitor General and the Ministry of the Attorney General requires video conferencing and audio-visual solutions to support access to justice and meet the needs of client ministries within Ontario’s justice cluster.

The managed service is to be provided for seven (7) years with two (2) options to extend. The first option to extend is for up to two (2) years and the second option to extend is for up to one (1) year.

The managed service is expected to be provided in Ontario starting in 2023.
