Description

Notice is hereby given by BC LOTTOTECH INTERNATIONAL INC. a wholly owned subsidiary of BRITISH COLUMBIA LOTTERY CORPORATION (BCLC), and by BCLC, of the intent to contract with Franklin Covey for an e-learning tool with world class course content.

BCLC did not call for supplier proposals for this contract. After careful research and consideration, it is believed that Franklin Covey offers a unique solution and value proposition in the marketplace and is the only supplier capable of meeting the specific requirements and capabilities of this engagement. If other potential suppliers come forward within 10 business days from the posting date of this Notice of Intent (the “NOI”) with a statement of capabilities that meets or exceeds the requirements presented in this NOI, BCLC may proceed with a public process to source this opportunity.
