Description

The purpose of this PQR is to develop a Resource List of Qualified Service Providers (QSP) for Children's Services for future contracting services specific to key Business Support Roles.

The Resource List may be used in two ways, the Resource List may be used for Referrals without further competition or a separate Request for Proposals may be advertised for specialized services. Children's Services intends to award General Services Standing Offers through this process. Qualified Service Providers will be eligible to fulfill Referrals from the Effective Date of the General Services Standing Offer until expiry of the General Services Standing Offer.

Services provided may be project based and/or ongoing system support. Key Business Support Roles include:
- Change Management Consultant
- Evaluation Consultant
- Project Management Consultant
- Business Consultant/ Analyst
- Policy Writer/ Editor
- User Acceptance Tester
