isherman’s Wharf is a major tourism attraction in Victoria and an important piece of the local marine economy. It provides moorage for general moorage vessels including commercial fishing vessels, fish off-loading facilities, fuel dock, float home community and other commercial and tourist recreational activities.

Greater Victoria Harbour Authority (“GVHA”) invites  interested parties with relevant and extensive experience to submit a Proposal under this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to provide Operations Management Services (“Services”) for the Fuel Dock located at  Fisherman’s Wharf, 1 Dallas Rd., Victoria, B.C.
