Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to develop a Fire Master Plan. The “Service” includes organizational and operational analysis of the Town’s Fire Department. The Master Plan will assist the department in developing a long-range (2023-2031) planning document that supports the Town of Cochrane’s Strategic Plan and Official Community Plan.
