Description

In this Request for Bids (RFB), iGaming Ontario (iGO) is seeking a Security as a Service (SECaaS) vendor to provide Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. The services should include advanced detection, risk assessment and threat elimination.
Scope of Work
The Vendor should provide remote monitoring of iGO cloud and on-prem infrastructure, threat detection, and threat elimination. Where necessary, the Vendor is also expected to provide professional advice on how iGO can configure its computing resources to further protect against future threats.
