SLABS, ROOF, WALL AND FLOOR, CONCRETE, PRECAST, PRESTRESSED

Sealed bids marked "Bid for Southeast Region Service Commission, E-Waste Storage Building
Foundation" will be received at the office of the Southeast Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB, until 2:00 p.m. on September 15th, 2022. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope.

In general, the work consists of construction of concrete footings, walls and slab. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.

A non-mandatory site meeting for all bidders will be held on September 7th at 10:00 a.m. at the Southeast Regional Service Commission office, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills.

The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
