Description

1) This RFP is open to all interested bidders
2) The City of Calgary is seeking Proposals from qualified companies capable of providing comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) services that reflect the current and future needs of The City including:
1. An Enterprise Service Desk with:
• Resources to staff the Service Desk; and
• Integrated telephone capabilities.
2. Knowledge Base hosting.
The Enterprise Service Desk is the primary contact for City staff to request IT services and report service issues. Services are required 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
The City is also seeking future capabilities for robotics process automation or chat bot functionality to streamline services, increase capacity, and reduce customer wait times.
The City intends to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent for the provision of all components as described above
