Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City is seeking proposals for the Supply and delivery of various OEM and aftermarket Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) parts on an as, if and when required basis.
Proponents who are interested in this RFP are to submit a response to one (1) or any combination of schedules or parts within each schedule as it relates to their expertise.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement(s) will be for an initial term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed four (4) additional times for two (2) years each time. Total length of Agreement is not to exceed nine (9) years.
