Description

Parkland County is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of designing, constructing and operating a fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network to that provides high-quality broadband Internet access services for homes and businesses in a project target area as further described in this RFP . Retail broadband services offered on the network by the successful proponent should be comparable to those available in urban centres of the region in terms of speed and pricing.
