PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified professional transportation engineering firms to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Terms of Reference, and Appendices stated herein, for the provision of engineering services for the transportation studies.
Through various reviews and studies, detailed transportation planning and design studies are
required for three specific areas of the City. To facilitate some of these studies, an update to the transportation model developed for the Regional Sustainable Transportation Plan (Destination 2040) is required to reflect current anticipated growth in the City. The three specific study areas are detailed in Article 30 of this RFP.
