Description

Through this RFP, the City seeks to engage a multi-disciplinary engineering consultant to provide assistance to the City in procuring replacement ice plant equipment. The consultant will undertake a review of the Facility and the Conceptual Design Report and assist the City by creating performance-based specifications to allow for the procurement of Ice Plant equipment. For greater clarity, performance-based specifications means that the specifications will be non-brand specific
