Description

The County intends to prequalify consultants for future work relative to environmental consulting services within Parkland County for a 3-year period, with work commencing the fall of 2022. The majority of the environmental consulting services are required to meet operational regulatory requirements in order to capture environmental liabilities, as well as general environmental consulting services to support approvals and permitting for municipal infrastructure projects (i.e. road rehabilitation/construction, gravel pit reclamation, etc.). Respondents shall note that the County does not intend to re-issue a RFSQ for environmental consulting services during the 3-year period.
Environmental Consulting Services will generally consist of providing deliverables relative to:
• Environmental and Biophysical Assessments
• Regulatory Permitting and Approval Support
• Environmental Auditing and Monitoring Support
